About the Panelists
Gabrielle Trenbath
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Australian Public Service
Gabrielle is a passionate advocate for disability rights and inclusion, bringing seven years of experience as a Non-Executive Director in the Human Services sector. A Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Chartered Secretary, Gabrielle has served on multiple boards including a WA State Government department, a Family and Domestic Violence Shelter, and Music for Canberra. She has recently been appointed to the board of National Disability Services, a peak body representing disability service providers. Currently working in the Australian Public Service, she combines her lived experience of Cerebral Palsy and neurodiversity with professional experience in policy, governance and advocacy. She is dedicated to improving disability representation at leadership levels and improving employment outcomes for people with disabilities.
Karin Lee
Founder of Florapeutic
With a background in corporate marketing and a heart for purpose, Karin is focused on creating meaningful social and environmental impact. She founded Florapeutic, a social enterprise tackling flower waste in Australia by rescuing event flowers and giving them a second life.
Karin is passionate about sustainability and using creativity to drive change. Beyond her work with Florapeutic, she mentors young people and women, helping them explore pathways into entrepreneurship and purpose-led careers.Kaukab Naeem
Case Manager - Client Support at The Benevolent Society
Kaukab Naeem is a social impact professional and former international student from Pakistan, now working in the not-for-profit sector in Australia. With a background in social work and community engagement, she’s passionate about equity, inclusion, and empowering people through storytelling and systems change. She’s currently a Client Support Partner at The Benevolent Society and an alumna of the Social Impact Fellowship.

The Social Impact Fellowship is a three-month, hands-on program designed for professionals seeking to explore their purpose and drive meaningful change. Since its inception, the Fellowship has supported over 350 individuals in developing the knowledge, networks, and resources to become leaders in their industries or transition into the for-purpose sector.
