About the Panellists
👤 Isabella Hill
Advisor, Business Partnerships at Australian Red Cross
Isabella Hill is a social impact professional with experience across the for-purpose sector in both the United States and Australia. After completing the Social Impact Fellowship in 2024, she transitioned into her current role as Advisor, Business Partnerships at the Australian Red Cross. In this role, she partners with organisations to build strategic collaborations that deliver meaningful community outcomes.
Before joining the Red Cross, Isabella worked in Partnerships and Community Fundraising at the Australian Cancer Research Foundation, where she collaborated with CSR and social impact teams from major companies to strengthen workplace giving and corporate engagement. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and now based in Sydney, Isabella brings curiosity, warmth, and a values-driven approach to her work.
👤 Nerine Broome
Assistive Technology Mentor and Disability Advocate
Nerine Broome (she/her) is a disability advocate who draws on her lived experience of neurodivergence, physical disability, and neurological disability to advance disability‑led social impact. She provides peer support and practical guidance as an Assistive Technology Mentor, supporting people with disability to build capability, confidence, and participation through informed access to assistive technology. Nerine’s earlier career spans education, stakeholder engagement, human resources, information systems, governance, and leadership—experience that now strengthens her work across the disability sector. A Social Impact Fellowship graduate (2025), she is an active contributor to disability leadership and research, serving on the Board of Queenslanders with Disability Network, as a member of the Queensland Disability Research Network Sector Stakeholder Committee, and as a Citizen Scientist with Griffith University Inclusive Futures, where she supports inclusive, co‑designed research that centres lived experience.
👤 Mantej Singh
Community Outcomes Leader
Mantej is a community outcomes leader with two decades of experience across community engagement, social outcomes, placemaking, and diversity and inclusion. He is known for his strengths as a facilitator and for bringing diverse stakeholders together through co-design and human-centred design approaches that shape impactful strategies, training programs, and campaigns.
His career spans senior roles across the NSW public sector, including leadership positions in diversity, inclusion, belonging, community engagement, and social outcomes. Mantej completed the Social Impact Fellowship in 2025 and has been widely recognised for his contributions to disability inclusion, anti-racism initiatives, placemaking, and community development. He brings a collaborative and values-driven approach to creating more inclusive systems, places, and communities.

Social Impact Hub is a Business For Good Network partner that supports people to grow their impact and contribute to positive change across sectors. Through initiatives such as the Social Impact Fellowship, it helps professionals build the knowledge, networks, and confidence to lead with purpose.
The Social Impact Fellowship is a three-month, hands-on program designed for professionals seeking to explore their purpose and drive meaningful change. Since its inception, the Fellowship has supported more than 350 individuals in developing the skills, connections, and resources to become leaders in their industries or transition into the for-purpose sector.
