Tom Allen is the founder and CEO of Impact Boom, an organisation dedicated to helping changemakers and impact-led enterprises around the world. He has more than 18 years of international experience, has supported over 375 impact-led enterprises through intensive capacity-building programs of at least 12 weeks, and has worked with countless others.
Since 2017, Impact Boom has hosted more than 610 podcast interviews with leading social innovators, and their events and initiatives have attracted over 20,000 participants. This includes leading the successful Social Enterprise World Forum Australia bid, which catalysed sector growth nationally.
Tom has served on a variety of boards and contributed to a range of government roundtables. He is a design strategist, social entrepreneur, and educator who is passionate about helping people turn bold ideas into practical, high-impact ventures.
